性能特點
本機是一種新型節(jié)能節(jié)電環(huán)保產(chǎn)品。傳統(tǒng)EVA邊角料回收通常使用破碎機(22kw)。再經(jīng)煉膠機 (55kw)混煉成片，時效100kg左右(工人3-4人），經(jīng)高溫擠壓，易造成死料，回收率大大減少。而本機采用高速、水冷集一體磨輪，主電機37kw，時效100kg左右(看材料而定)工人1人操作，磨出的粉末細而有彈性。如用傳統(tǒng)加工，廢料添加12kg，而本機生產(chǎn)的廢料至少可加到15kg。從而大大節(jié)約了電力、人員，提高回收價值，為企業(yè)帶來了更高的利潤空間。傳統(tǒng)式EVA邊角料回收是經(jīng)過煉膠機高溫、高壓，回收料易造成死料，失去原有的材質。而水冷式磨粉機工作溫度60℃左右，磨出來的粉末細又有彈性。比傳統(tǒng)的做法生產(chǎn)出來的板材可增厚3mm左右。用水冷式磨粉機可為鞋材發(fā)泡廠，每天、每臺創(chuàng)造2000元以上的利潤。
