SBA380系列高速自動皮帶打孔裁斷機是我公司完全獨立設計開發的高性能機械，它廣泛用于各種材料的皮（腰）帶，手袋的背帶等帶狀物品的打孔、裁斷、烙印。

SB380,SB150series high speed automatic punching machines (for belts) are totally developed and made by our factory,it’s widely used in punching,cutting,coining and bronzing in belts,Waistband etc.
  

> 產品特點
一、高速度：完成一條皮帶的打孔、裁斷作業只需5秒鐘，每小時產量高達700條以上，每8小時5000條以上；一名操作員可同時操作3-4臺機器。
二、高自動化：操作人員只需將皮帶裝入輸送機的料架中（一次可裝入300-400條）然后按下啟動按鈕所有打孔（不管孔的大小多少、形狀烙印均可一次完成。
三、高精密度：最高精密度可將皮帶長度控制在1毫米以下，打出的孔形美觀且孔無毛邊。
四、高節能：每小時只需耗電2。2千瓦。
五、高度安全性：本機械是完全自動化，設計有電子門限開關保護，工作時完全不需人員介入。
六、操作簡單：本機采用電腦控制、觸摸屏輸入、人機界面操作、直觀人性化、模式化，幾分鐘內可完成一個新型體的輸出工作。
